ForInvest is seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience with ownership of strategy, discovery, roadmap and metrics.
• Experience taking a product or major feature from discovery to launch and measuring results.
• Hands-on experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with product metrics, funnel/cohort analysis, user research, and experimentation methods.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned products end to end — discovery, roadmap, delivery, measurement and iteration.
• Prioritize initiatives balancing business value, user impact, technical feasibility and capacity.
• Use user research and analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate post-launch outcomes.
• Translate needs into PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; help shape documentation standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, QA, Data and Business teams.
• Coordinate releases and ensure delivery to production against acceptance criteria.
• Define success metrics and use post-launch results to guide improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data on AI-powered features and user experience.
