Job summary

Bubilet is hiring a Product Designer to shape the user experience of our digital ticketing platform. You will own UX across new initiatives, map user flows before visuals, and build interactive prototypes to validate ideas with the product team.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in product design or UX design in a software product environment.
• Strong UX thinking with focus on real users and edge cases.
• Curiosity about user behavior and motivations.
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Ability to produce clear, developer-friendly design outputs.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience collaborating with product and development teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Active user of AI tools or strong motivation to integrate them into design workflow.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a Product Designer, you will be a core part of our product team — sitting at the intersection of user experience and product thinking.

You won't just be making things look good; you'll be making sure the right things get built, in the right way, for the right people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the UX and design side of new product initiatives — from early concept to developer-ready output
• Think in user flows first: map out how users move through a feature before touching any visual design
• Design interfaces that are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with the product vision
• Build interactive prototypes to validate ideas and communicate design intent before development begins
• Design and iterate on A/B test variants for existing flows — not just new features, but continuous improvement of what's already live
• Work closely with product team members to ensure every project is fully defined before development begins — so nothing surprises anyone mid-build
• Prepare design outputs to support stakeholder alignment and internal sign-offs
• Actively use generative AI tools to accelerate design exploration and iteration
• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure designs translate cleanly into implementation
• Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design language across the product

What Will Make You Stand Out

• 3-6 years of experience in product design or UX design, ideally within a software product environment
• Strong UX thinking — you question assumptions, consider edge cases, and design for real users, not ideal ones
• A genuine curiosity about user behaviour — you think about why users do what they do, not just what they see
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma — able to produce assets that developers can work from directly
• Ability to produce clear, developer-friendly design outputs that leave little room for guesswork
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve and priorities shift
• Experience collaborating directly with product and development teams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Active user of AI tools — or highly motivated to integrate them into your design workflow
• Strong communication skills — you can explain your design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience designing and running A/B tests — familiarity with how variants are structured and measured
• Experience with user research or usability testing — even informal methods like hallway testing or user interviews
• Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML/CSS) — enough to know what's easy and what's painful to build
• A portfolio that shows your thinking process, not just the final screens
• A sufficient level of English to follow design and product industry developments independently
