Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data to build features customers love.

You will design products that solve problems in a simple, elegant way—from wireframes to end-to-end flows and prototypes—across iOS, Android, and web, with a strong emphasis on UX and human behaviour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house.
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work.
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions.
• Ability to take ownership of design processes.
• Focus on UX and understanding of human behaviour.
• Clean visual design sense.
• Typography and grids knowledge.
• Love for problem‑solving and to be challenged.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs.
• Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success.
• Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals.
• Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire‑framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes
• Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
• Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews
• Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it
