Ciceksepeti invites you to join our fast-growing procurement team in Istanbul. You will manage negotiations, supplier research, and cost control across divisions, driving value.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS degree, 3–4 years in procurement, and fluent English; strong MS Office skills and stakeholder management are essential. We value hands-on thinkers who thrive in a dynamic tech environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage all negotiation and purchasing activities for goods and services across Commercials.
• Research potential and alternate suppliers; perform price analysis for Technology, Marketing, Growth, HR, etc.
• Create and manage short-, mid-, and long-term procurement goals and objectives.
• Own procurement strategy and cost accountability across divisions.
• Ensure strong stakeholder and supplier management.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to expand market knowledge and pipeline.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze spend to identify opportunities for value-for-money and cost savings.

• Managing all negotiation and purchasing activities (including goods and services) for Commercials
• Researching potential and alternative suppliers and performing price analysis for Technology ,Marketing, Growth, HR etc. Following contract process, managing commercial relations with new and existing suppliers
• Creation and management of short-, mid- and long-term goals and objectives in the procurement department
• Hold overall accountability for the procurement strategy and responsible for the costs across all the divisions
• Ensuring strong stakeholder and supplier management
• Innovative sourcing strategy skill to develop extensive market knowledge to boost Company’s pipeline and influence the industry
• Effective collaboration & Influence skills as an integral member of x-functional stakeholders
• Perform advanced analysis of spend, identify opportunities to maximize value-for-money, generate cost saving, cost avoidance and competitive advantage for categories under management
