Job summary

Roche is seeking a Marketing Partner to shape and execute innovative commercial strategies across Breast Cancer and Ophthalmology, collaborating with Patient Journey Partners, Healthcare System Partners, and cross-functional teams to drive patient outcomes and business impact.

You will coordinate content development, support omnichannel campaigns and Veeva/ROME workflows, track KPIs, and ensure timely launch of plans and milestones, working in a dynamic, global healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Drive end-to-end execution of marketing activities across Breast Cancer and Ophthalmology.
• Support omnichannel campaign execution and Veeva/ROME workflows and approvals.
• Coordinate content development, adaptation, and deployment across channels.
• Coordinate LAB processes and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate execution.
• Support congresses and key customer activation preparation and follow-up.
• Track sales, campaign, and other relevant KPIs, and support performance monitoring.
• Ensure timely execution of launch plans and key marketing milestones.
• Create stronger operational discipline and connectivity across marketing activities.

The Position

As a Marketing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in creating meaningful value for patients, the business, external stakeholders, and the broader healthcare system. Working in close collaboration with Patient Journey Partners (PJPs), Healthcare System Partners (HSPs), and cross-functional teams, you will shape and execute innovative commercial strategies that drive patient outcomes and business impact.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to derive strategic insights from data
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
