Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator is seeking a Procurement Operations & Process Support Specialist to bolster procurement governance, support day-to-day operations, and drive process improvements in Türkiye. The role involves collaboration with regional and global teams, ERP project involvement, and ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in procurement or ERP support, a bachelor’s degree, good English (B2), and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or ERP/process support.
• Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and sourcing processes.
• Having a record of development projects on ERP is a plus.
• Experience with procurement platforms (Jaggaer is a plus).
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• English level: minimum B2.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support indirect procurement activities for local categories and operational requirements.
• Support procurement process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Participate in SAP and Jaggaer related projects, testing activities, change requests, and user support.
• Monitor procurement workflow efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining procurement master data and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate documentation and audit readiness for procurement-related activities.
• Help ensure alignment between operational purchasing and regional procurement strategies.
• Act as support point between Procurement, Finance, Operations, and local requesters.
• Coordinate with regional and global procurement teams when required.
• Provide operational backup support during absences, workload peaks, or organizational transitions.
• Support supplier onboarding and qualification processes.
• Maintain communication with local suppliers regarding operational matters.
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and service continuity.
