Job summary

Özak Global Holding in Marmara region is seeking a Procurement Executive to join our Head Office team. You will manage procurement for finishing materials across construction projects, including ceramics, lighting, furniture, textiles, and more, coordinating with international suppliers in English.

Responsibilities include negotiating prices, evaluating RFQs, preparing purchase orders and procurement contracts, and aligning with project teams to ensure timely material supply and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Procurement experience in hotel construction projects, preferably finishing materials.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and technical specifications.
• English communication with suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for finishing materials (ceramics, sanitary ware, lighting, furniture, textiles) used in construction.
• Negotiate with local and international suppliers on price, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Manage RFQ, quotations, evaluation, and supplier selection processes.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders and procurement contracts.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective procurement planning and timely material supply.
• Research and evaluate alternative suppliers and products to improve procurement efficiency.
• Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards and monitoring project budgets.
