Job summary

Jotun Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is seeking a seasoned specialist to optimize and maintain production processes and formulations, ensuring quality and throughput. You will update formulations per R&D, coach operators, and keep recipes competitive locally within global standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of industrial processes, a chemical engineering background, and English fluency. Relocation to Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Kapaklı is considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain optimised production processes/formulation ensuring correct quality and quantity of products.
• Update and change formulations as required by Group R&D Support and coach production operators with process optimisation on a daily basis.
• Optimise recipes to maintain competitiveness in the local market within framework set by regional and global R&D.
• Provide technical support and cooperate closely with maintenance.
• Follow-up process and quality deviations.
• Investigate product complaints.
• Describe the local production process for sustainable training of operators.
• Give training to relevant personnel.
• Maintain and regularly update the skill matrix to ensure employee competency and development.
