Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Process Control Systems Tech (PCST) Test Analyst and Evaluator to join its Industrial Certification Division in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing certification tests, developing and reviewing tests with SMEs, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

You will conduct pilot tests, validate test items in SuccessFactors and QM server, and provide detailed reports to proponents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Oil and Gas process control systems and plant operations.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial or vocational training, curriculum development and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft apps, Adobe apps and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review recertification tests with SMEs according to standards.
• Conduct pilot tests to verify test item accuracy.
• Prepare reports on job certification competency indices for proponents.
• Monitor test requests, attempts, retests, eligibility and violations.
