Job summary

Aramco is recruiting a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the Maintenance Solution Department. The role focuses on developing and evaluating maintenance programs, providing technical leadership, and improving reliability across Global Manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 10+ years in Oil & Gas downstream, and strong experience with risk-based maintenance and SAP CMMS. The position is based in Saudi Arabia on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas downstream experience.
Experience with risk-based maintenance approaches.
Experience with Maintenance budgeting and spending control.
Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling and work prioritization.
Proficiency with CMMS tools such as SAP.

Responsibilities

Develop maintenance processes and maintenance management strategy in line with GME and corporate requirements.
Conduct data driven analyses to benchmark maintenance performance and identify gaps.
Review maintenance KPIs and trends to drive performance improvements.
Analyze maintenance spending across manpower, equipment, materials, and outsourcing.
Assist line maintenance in implementing approved programs such as TPRM or reliability models.
Design methods and programs for new maintenance situations, including pumps, motors and turbines.
Lead standing committees and technical task groups as needed.
Recommend work to be outsourced and define scoping for vendors.
