Job summary

Aramco seeks a Process Engineer to join its Industrial Certification Division in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee certification tests, develop competency assessments, and support test administration across sites.

A Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering and at least 10 years of refinery/oil and gas operation experience are required. SAP/SuccessFactors experience and strong English, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with expertise in process operation of various plants/refineries in Oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job certification process compliance and develop competency tests.
• Review and develop recertification tests with SMEs.
• Support test administration and third-party evaluations across locations.
• Prepare reports on job certification competency index and share improvement opportunities.
