Aramco is seeking a Process Control Systems Tech (PCST) Test Analyst and Evaluator to join its Industrial Certification Division in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing certification tests, developing and reviewing tests with SMEs, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
You will conduct pilot tests, validate test items in SuccessFactors and QM server, and provide detailed reports to proponents.
Please note that this role is based in Saudi Arabia on a permanent, residential basis.

We are seeking a Process Control Systems Tech (PCST) Test Analyst and Evaluator with process control, instrumentation and automation background to join our Industrial Certification Division.
Industrial Certification Division plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing job certification standards across Saudi Aramco. Its broader purpose centers on ensuring that industrial and administrative employees meet or exceed the required competencies for their current and target roles, as defined by the company's Job Task Standards (JTS).
Your primary role will be to oversee job certification process compliance, development & review of competency certification tests as per established guidelines and standards, support test administration, conduct third-party field spot-check evaluations to validate employee proficiency, supporting proponent organizations in maintaining their Job certification competency index, providing certification reports and promoting job certification awareness across the company.
