Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process architecture or related roles.
• Graduation from Industrial/Mathematical/CS/Management engineering or related fields.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and reporting abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes, systems, and standards related to process architecture for the bank and subsidiaries.
• Design and operate the process management structure.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation infrastructure with policies and principles.
• Measure process effectiveness and enable end-to-end process monitoring.
• Identify, assess, and monitor process risks; guide corrective actions.
• Support information management across the organization and pursue AI-based information management improvements.
• Lead enterprise search initiatives to boost information accessibility and productivity.
• Design dashboards to monitor process performance for management review.
