Rolls Royce Solutions Türkiye is seeking a Powergen Application Technic Service Manager for Istanbul. The role leads after-sales technical applications, drives targets, and expands market opportunities with application solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and fluent English, with proven ability to manage multi-regional teams and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s/PhD preferred).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong leadership experience in managing multi-regional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Orientation, training, development plans, referral and administration of personnel under responsibility.
• Controlling and approval of application projects.
• Establishing after-sales targets in line with company targets.
• Implementation of application technics and after-sales pricing levels in line with profitability targets.
• Creating new areas and sales opportunities for the company in the market by offering application solutions.
