Rolls Royce Solutions Türkiye is seeking a Powergen Application Technic Service Manager for Istanbul. The role leads after-sales technical applications, drives targets, and expands market opportunities with application solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and fluent English, with proven ability to manage multi-regional teams and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s/PhD preferred).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Job Description As being one of the core brand of Rolls Royce Power Systems, Rolls Royce Solutions Türkiye is equipped with the experience of more than 100 years on productions of diesel engines, manufactures and improves complete drive systems, Gas and Diesel Systems and their control / monitoring systems in wide range of product types and power ratings for heavy vehicles and equipment for construction and mining industry.

We are looking for Powergen Application Technic Service Manager for İstanbul whom has the following qualifications.

Key Accountabilities

• Orientation, training, development plans, referral and administration of the personnel under his responsibility.
• Controlling and approval of application projects.
• Establishing after-sales targets in line with company targets.
• Implementation of application technics and after-sales pricing levels in line with the company's operational profitability targets.
• Creating new areas and sales opportunities for the company in the market by offering application solutions that will make a difference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s/PhD preferred)
• Having at least 5-7 years of relevant experience
