• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transformer design.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Passionate about design, dynamic, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to work in Balıkesir.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and contracts to determine technical requirements.
• Evaluate feasibility of transformer designs within production capabilities and product range.
• Design electrical components of power transformers according to customer requirements and standards.
• Analyze customer requests and prepare technical calculations, cost estimations, and documentation.
• Prepare order forms and materials for transformers in a timely, accurate manner.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports per customer requests.
• Update design and production criteria with innovations and best practices.
• Review test results and implement improvements to design or calculations.
• Stay up to date with national/international transformer standards (ANSI, IEC).
