Job summary

Servet is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations across three facilities. You will drive data-driven improvements, optimize costs, and guide the development and commissioning of a new plant while ensuring food safety and quality.

You will own production planning, maintenance, and technical operations, building high-performing teams and an operating model with clear KPIs and reviews. A hands-on leader with strong execution is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in food and beverage manufacturing with managerial responsibility as Plant/Production Manager or Manufacturing Director in last 5 years.
• Experience managing multiple facilities or sites with different production technologies preferred.
• Proven expertise in operations management, planning, optimization, and cost reduction.
• Strong ERP experience; hands-on with Odoo ERP highly preferred; SAP or similar ERP systems also considered.
• Demonstrated ability to establish KPIs, analyze OEE, improve capacity and productivity, and deliver cost improvements.
• Solid understanding of industrial machinery, maintenance, automation, and capacity expansion.
• Experience in new plant setup or major line investments and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical, financial awareness, and data-driven decision making; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate three-plant manufacturing operations with aligned standards and targets.
• Drive OEE, capacity utilization, labor productivity, and efficiency improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste and downtime, optimize unit costs.
• Establish KPI-driven operating model with reviews and accountability.
• Lead production planning across demand, orders, inventory, and capacity.
• Improve schedule adherence; coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and warehouse.
• Monitor raw materials, labor, energy, maintenance, and unit costs.
• Lead cost-reduction and productivity initiatives without compromising quality.
• Evaluate machinery performance, cycle times, and equipment availability.
• Strengthen maintenance practices and pursue automation and process improvements.
• Assess investments for ROI, payback, and capacity gains; plan new facility commissioning.
• Contribute to plant layout, equipment selection, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate CAPEX planning and project timelines with technical stakeholders.
• Ensure new systems enable efficiency, digital integration, automation, and scalability.
• Maintain hands-on leadership across facilities.
• Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and data-driven decisions.
