Job summary

İsdemir Linde Gaz Ortaklığı A.Ş. (İLGAZ) Iskenderun, Hatay’da bulunan üretim tesislerinde gaz üretiminin güvenli ve verimli şekilde sürdürülmesini sağlayacak bir mühendis arıyor.

Bu rol, Air Separation Unit uzantısında üretim planlaması, operasyon start-up/shutdown, bakım ve kapasite ayarlamaları gibi önemli sorumlulukları içerir. En az 5 yıl üretim tecrübesi ve İngilizce yeterliliği beklenir.

Qualifications

• Mühendislik alanında lisans gereklidir (Kimya mühendisliği tercih edilir).
• Analitik düşünme ve problem çözme becerileri zorunludur.
• Üretim/tesis tecrübesi ve proje yönetimi bilgisi beklenir.

Responsibilities

• İSDEMR Linde Gaz Ortaklığı A.Ş.'nin Air Separation Unit’ının üretim, optimizasyon ve kontrolünden sorumludur.
• Gaz teslimatını sağlamak, devreye alma/ayrıştırma operasyonlarını yönetmek; bakım planlaması ve kapasite ayarlamalarını koordine etmek.

Responsibilities

• Management of Air Separation Unit of ILGAZ, its production, optimization and control.
• Ensure efficient gas delivery, start- up/shutdown operations, maintenance planning and capacity adjustment.
• Personnel planning, to organize production Personnel Shift, annual leave and extra working hours schedule.
• Leading the projectsof process improvement and investment.
• Ensure fully compliance to SHEQ requirements by whole Personnel and workplace safety.
• Prepare monthly production reports.
• Ensure that production and controls are done in compliance with the legislation, legal permissions and Linde minimum requirements.

Qualifications

• BSc. degree in Engineering. Chemical Engineering is preferred
• Proficiency in English
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• High sense of responsibility and competency in communication and cooperation skills
• Process, project and risk management experience
• Competency in management and leadership skills
• Production plant work experience. >5 years is an asset
