Job summary

Flora Food Group requires a capable Maintenance Leader for our Çorlu factory in Türkiye. You will oversee mechanical, electrical and automation maintenance, plan and schedule activities, and drive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

You will manage budgets, spare parts, and contractor relationships while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead root cause analysis on breakdowns, guide continuous improvement projects with production and engineering teams, and

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or industrial engineering.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in FMCG, food or similar.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, reliability engineering and RCA methods.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PM or CMMS systems.
• Solid understanding of occupational health and safety and Turkish regulations.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team across mechanical, electrical and automation disciplines.
• Plan, schedule and ensure shift coverage for maintenance activities.
• Build and run preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Own the maintenance budget, spare parts strategy and contractor management.
• Drive root cause analysis on breakdowns and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental and legal requirements.
• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades from design to handover.
