TITAN-Traçim's cement plant in Vize, Kırklareli, Türkiye, seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance of all mechanical equipment, ensuring uptime and reliability.

The role requires developing PM/PdM programs, leading troubleshooting, supervising maintenance staff and contractors, managing spare parts and budget, and ensuring OHS compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, 1–3 years in heavy industry, good English, and CMMS/SAP PM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in cement/mining/heavy process industries; cement plant preferred.
• Proficient in English for technical documentation and international communication.
• Knowledge of lubrication, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and alignment/balancing of rotating equipment.
• Experience with CMMS; SAP PM knowledge preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage PM and PdM programs for all mechanical equipment at the plant.
• Analyze failures, lead troubleshooting, and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget utilization.
• Ensure compliance with OHS and environmental regulations.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare technical reports and update management on activities and outcomes.
