Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Master’s student for a Plant Controlling internship in Manisa, Türkiye. You will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and support cost analysis, reporting, and digitalization projects using Power BI.

Responsibilities include standard unit costing, BOM comparison, CAPEX tracking, PCOS calculations, and driving efficiency improvements across value streams. Strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and eagerness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week.
• Prior internship in Plant/Financial Controlling or Production is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive working style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Controlling activities: standard unit costing, BOM comparison, cost variance analysis.
• Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management.
• Assist in monitoring CAPEX, depreciation, and internal project tracking.
• Support PCOS calculations and product cost evaluations.
• Contribute to efficiency improvement and cost optimization projects.
• Drive digitalization initiatives using Power BI and AI-based productivity tools.
• Analyse data to provide data-driven insights and process improvements.
