Job summary

Qualifications

• 3rd year undergraduate student, preferably in Engineering departments.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Proactive team-member with English fluency.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic Python knowledge.
• Minimum 3 full days attendance is mandatory during the academic semesters.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and update of QMS processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Assist document revision, communication, and archiving activities.
• Support Quality Day (Q-Day) events and quality awareness initiatives.
• Contribute to internal and external audit preparation activities.
• Support the application of Quality Methods & Tools.
• Assist problem-solving activities using PSS and 8D methodologies.
• Support FMEA activities, including line walks and risk assessment workshops.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure process compliance and effective communication.
