Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in manufacturing finance, controlling, costing and budgeting.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and operational performance indicators.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing activities.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform product costing and manufacturing cost calculations.
• Support standard costing and master data management processes.
• Prepare cost analyses for new products, investments and capacity changes.
• Support CAPEX planning and investment controlling activities.
• Monitor and analyze key cost drivers such as materials, labor, machinery and energy consumption.
• Evaluate the financial impact of changes in production volume, productivity and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement and Engineering teams to provide financial insights.
