Job summary

Festo Corporation in Manisa, Turkey, seeks an Intralogistics Specialist to contribute to global intralogistics standards and lead international projects. You will analyze warehouse operations, drive improvements, and support layout planning in production environments.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years in intralogistics, strong English, and experience with SAP (SAP EWM is a strong advantage). Some travel abroad is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of global intralogistics standards, methods, and processes across production sites.
• Coordinate and manage international intralogistics and supply chain projects.
• Analyze warehouse operations and material flow processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive sustainable solutions.
• Support process, technology, and layout planning activities within production environments.
• Drive initiatives to improve material availability, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and optimize warehouse management, Kanban, and material supply concepts.
• Gather and evaluate business requirements and support related system enhancement and digitalization initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, training activities, and best-practice implementation across global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in intralogistics, warehouse operations, or material flow management within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in shopfloor logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Knowledge of process improvement, lean logistics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with SAP; SAP EWM experience is a strong advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
