Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking a senior Piping Manager to lead field piping erection and construction management on large EPC, petrochemical or refinery projects in Türkiye. You will oversee a 800-1000+ piping workforce, coordinate with subcontractors and multinational teams, and represent the company in client and management meetings.

Fluency in English and proven ability to operate in high‑pressure environments, with 12–15 years piping experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of piping experience required.
• Experience in petrochemical, refinery, energy, or similar industrial projects.
• Proven experience leading large piping teams and field erection.

Responsibilities

• Lead field piping erection and construction management.
• Manage 800-1000+ piping workforce and large subcontractor organizations.
• Represent the company in client and management meetings.
• Ensure piping turnover activities and hydrotesting are completed.
• Support project planning and problem-solving in high-pressure environments.

What We Expect from You?

• Minimum 12-15 years of piping experience
• Experience in petrochemical, refinery, energy, or similar industrial projects
• Strong background in field piping erection and construction management
• Proven experience managing 800-1000+ piping workforce
• Capable of leading large subcontractor organizations
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for client and multinational team coordination
• Able to confidently represent the company in client and management meetings
• Proven success in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience as a Piping Manager on large EPC, petrochemical, or refinery projects
• Familiarity with piping erection, welding, hydrotesting, mechanical completion, and turnover activities
