Job summary

Abdi İbrahim is seeking a Pharmaceutical Technology Specialist to join the Production Science & Technology Department at the Esenyurt campus. The candidate will manage annual process development plans, coordinate cross‑functional trials, and develop SOPs for the department.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years in Process Development/R&D/Manufacturing in pharma, CTD/DMF familiarity, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Development, R&D, or Manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual process development activity plans.
• Coordinate between departments during trial and validation activities.
• Prepare department SOPs and related documents.
• Conduct laboratory-scale trial manufacturing and scale-up activities; support validation manufacturing.
• Identify and address potential manufacturing issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Standardize and control process parameters; analyze and report findings.

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Technology Specialist to join our Production Science & Technology Department on the Esenyurt campus.

The requirements for the successful candidate are

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Development, R&D, or Manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, with the ability to conduct literature research.
• Good command of CTD requirements and the ability to review DMFs.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual process development activity plans.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments during planned trial and validation activities.
• Prepare the necessary Standard Operating Procedures related to the department.
• Conduct laboratory-scale trial manufacturing and scale-up activities, and support process validation manufacturing activities.
• Proactively identify and implement necessary measures to prevent potential manufacturing issues, resolve them within the scope of assigned authority, or coordinate with relevant parties to ensure their resolution.
• Ensure the standardization and control of process parameters, perform the necessary analyses related to manufacturing processes, and prepare reports on the findings.
