Job summary

Trendyol is seeking a payroll specialist to manage resignation calculations, offboarding, SGK processes, and payroll inputs. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and collaborate with Business Partners across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• 1–5 years of payroll experience, preferably 1–3 years.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented with payroll data calculations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for resignation and termination calculations and related payroll processes.
• Coordinate employee offboarding documentation, signatures, and exit procedures.
• Manage SGK termination, registration, deregistration, and declaration processes.
• Ensure employee document requests are processed in line with legal requirements.
• Manage payroll inputs, including attendance records and insurance-related tax deductions.
• Follow up on consultancy invoices, SGK petitions, and no-outstanding-debt certificates.
• Support payroll and employee administration processes.

• Responsible for resignation and termination calculations and related payroll processes,
• Coordinating employee offboarding documentation, signatures, and exit procedures,
• Managing SGK termination, registration, deregistration, and declaration processes,
• Ensuring employee document requests are processed in line with legal requirements,
• Managing payroll inputs, including attendance records and employee insurance-related tax deductions,
• Following up on consultancy invoices, SGK petitions, and “no outstanding debt” certificates,
• Supporting the overall payroll and employee administration processes.

Expected Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other related departments,
• 1–5 years of experience in payroll, preferably with 1–3 years of relevant experience,
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to work accurately with calculations and payroll data,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with employees and Business Partners across different teams,
• Proactive, agile and hands‑on approach, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment,
• Resilient and comfortable working in high headcount and operationally intensive environments,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Strong cultural fit, team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
