Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering, final year.
• Telecommunication domain know-how and working experience is a plus.
• Basic DB and SQL knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to learn, customer-centric and team-oriented.
• Able to be present in the office at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design, Delivery and Customization of KPI and audit reports.
• Create dashboards and automated reports on key business metrics.
• Analyze baseline network parameter settings and tune audit reports.
• Participate in technical meetings and monitor product performance.
• Provide L3 support for active customers and feedback to product teams.
