Job description

• Ensuring technical integrity between OT systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS, RTU, etc.); designing, implementing, and managing the continuity of inter-system integrations.
• Providing secure and uninterrupted data communication via industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, DNP3, etc.); optimizing OT network structures (LAN, WAN, DMZ, etc.) with a focus on performance and security.
• Executing integration processes in accordance with international standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27019) and regulations; coordinating network segmentation, firewalls, and secure remote access structures.
• Managing anomaly detection, SIEM/IDS integrations, and central monitoring systems; supporting operational continuity by testing backup, disaster recovery, and failover scenarios.
• Planning patch management, firmware updates, and configuration changes without compromising system integrity; providing technical preparation support for vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
• Analyzing technical risks and integration vulnerabilities to develop preventive actions; maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and system dependency maps.
• Acting as a bridge between vendors, integrators, and internal teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure alignment with field operations.
• Tracking emerging technologies and global best practices in the IC/SOT domain and adapting them to projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in OT/ICS systems, industrial automation, or industrial network management.
• Deep understanding of OT systems, including SCADA, PLC, DCS.
• Proficiency in OT networking, including VLANs, industrial firewalls, DMZ architectures, and Purdue Model implementation.
• Experience with industrial security tools, SIEM/IDS/IPS solutions, and secure remote access tools.
• Advanced level of English (written and verbal) to follow global technical standards and coordinate with international vendors.
• Readiness to work in the field when necessary and flexibility for travel based on project requirements.
