Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is seeking a motivated intern to support organizational research, data collection and workforce analytics. You will assist in data analysis and generate insights while collaborating on benchmarking studies and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and dashboards.

The role requires a 3rd or 4th year university student in related fields, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in English, and comfort with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree (3rd/4th year or 4th year) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational research, data collection and workforce analytics activities.
• Assist in data analysis and insight generation.
• Collaborate with VF Group on benchmarking studies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and dashboards.
