Amazon Turkey Perakende Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi - F94 is seeking a Business Analyst who wants to replace manual, repetitive work with automation and AI. You will work with operations leaders to identify processes done by hand and help build tools, pipelines, or models that replace them.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to support analysis, research, or productivity.
Experience using AWS services for data storage, processing, or analytics.
Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or automation/application development.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through automation, AI/ML, and application-based solutions.
Translate business problems and requirements into scalable technical solutions, partnering with engineering and data science teams.
Perform data analysis and root-cause analysis using SQL, and define the success metrics each solution will be measured against.
Support development, testing, deployment, and adoption of automation, AI/ML solutions, and applications, including coordinating user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
Validate data and solution outputs against ground truth to confirm accuracy and real business value before and after launch.
Identify opportunities to scale a solution that works in one location across the wider region.
