Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S in Türkiye seeks a leader to drive the factory’s digital transformation, coordinate OT/IT initiatives, and advance data‑driven operational excellence across production, packaging, quality and logistics.

You will report to the Düzce Factory Strategy and Operational Excellence Manager, lead cross‑functional teams, ensure CSV, EU GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity, and support ISO 45001/ISO 14001 programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or related fields.
• Preferably at least 5 years in digital transformation and/or operational excellence.
• Experience in project management and lean manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity systems.
• Familiarity with MES, LIMS, QMS, EAM, EMS, WMS, SAP/S4, PAT, Data Analytics and AI/ML.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, prioritize and coordinate digital transformation projects based on business value and impact.
• Manage projects with scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Lead pilot implementations and standardize solutions across the site.
• Coordinate activities among IT, business units and external vendors.
• Analyze digital data collection, monitoring, KPIs and inefficiencies across functions.
• Ensure compliance with CSV, EU GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity requirements.
• Promote digital awareness and build OT capabilities.
• Bridge business units and IT by identifying needs and implementing solutions.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 through audits and continuous improvement.
• Organize drills, trainings and coordinate follow-up actions.
