Multinet Up is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Istanbul team. You will analyze existing processes, design and refine end-to-end workflows, and drive lean initiatives across business units.

This role emphasizes collaboration with process owners and continuous improvement with a focus on efficiency and automation. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, have 5+ years of relevant experience (3+ in process analysis and quality systems), and demonstrate

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, Industrial engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in process analysis, process development, operational excellence, and quality management systems.
• Proficient in Agile working principles; strong analytical and leadership skills; effective written and verbal communication; excellent English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing business processes and propose improvement and process development solutions.
• Understand the needs of business units and develop end-to-end processes when necessary.
• Create and update process maps, workflow diagrams, and related documentation.
• Identify and reduce efficiency losses; drive lean and effective processes.
• Identify automation, digitalization opportunities and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Identify system enhancement needs and coordinate with relevant teams.

We are currently seeking an ''Operational Excellence Specialist'' to join our team with the following qualifications:

• Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering or related fields)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in process analysis, process development, operational excellence, and quality management systems
• Proficient in Agile working principles
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Effective use of written and verbal communication channels
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Job Description

• Analyze existing business processes and provide improvement and process development solutions where necessary. Ensure coordination with process owners to take action
• Understand the needs of business units and develop end-to-end processes when necessary
• Create and update process maps, workflow diagrams, and all related process documentation
• Optimize reasons for efficiency loss within business processes and work on making business processes lean and effective
• Take an active role in identifying efficiency, automation, and digitalization opportunities within business processes and contribute to improvement initiatives
• Identify system enhancement needs based on process analyses and follow up related actions with relevant teams
