Job summary

REED Turkey seeks a Business Process Optimization Chief to drive process improvement across the organization in the logistics sector. You will analyze current processes, map workflows, and lead cross-functional optimization projects to boost efficiency and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in BPM or continuous improvement, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP/BPM tools. English proficiency is preferred; MS Office mastery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process management, process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement functions.
• Hands-on experience in process analysis, process mapping, and workflow design.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Management, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in project management and change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP, BPM, and digital process management tools.
• Strong analytical and performance measurement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Preferably proficient in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes across the organization and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and manage process improvement and optimization projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Develop, monitor, and report process performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with business units to establish, standardize, and sustain business processes.
• Prepare and maintain process maps, procedures, and workflow documentation.
• Actively contribute to digital transformation, automation, and process improvement projects.
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop sustainable solutions for operational challenges.
• Support the implementation and promotion of a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
• Monitor project outcomes and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence objectives.
