Job summary

Unilever Konya is seeking a Project Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of site capital projects, covering safety, quality, infrastructure, savings, capacity and equipment improvements. You will schedule, plan, forecast, and coordinate technical activities from conception to completion.

Reporting to the Site Project Delivery Manager, you will work with engineering, maintenance, safety, and operations to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets, applying Unilever Construction Safety

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate.
BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Automation Engineering required.
3-5+ years in FMCG or engineering environment; process control, PLC/HMI experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver an agreed portfolio of projects under Engineering Lead.
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and high-level communication across organisation.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
Monitor compliance to codes, QA/QC, and specifications.
Support feasibility checks of capex projects with cross-functional teams.
Develop Concept, FEED and Detailed Designs with internal/external teams.
Create Project Execution Plans and schedules.
Manage site construction, contractors, and safety standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD for design/visualization.
