Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Balıkesir-Susurluk seeks a Capex Project Engineer to support project execution in our operations team. You will manage schedules, coordinate contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and in full, with emphasis on budgeting and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, at least one year of PM experience, good English, and strong planning, teamwork, and communication skills; local residency around Balıkesir preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Food Engineering Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum One Year Of Project Management Experience.
• Residing around Balıkesir
• AutoCAD knowledge
• Communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skill
• Have a good level of English
• Numerical with sound budgeting skills and experience of project budget management and control
• Prone to teamwork

Responsibilities

• Preparation and approval of project schedule
• Participation in tender process, analysis and comparison of supplier’s quotations, ensure compliance to specification
• Supervising during implementation; ensure safe working conditions
• Control contractors ensure contracts fulfilment
• Coordination of different contractors and factory functions or departments
• Participation in commissioning of equipment and services
• Leading of handover to end users
• Change control during implementation
• Reporting of the Capex spending and planning
• Budget control, spend forecasting
• Participate in project feasibility analysis, including all aspects of the project, in line with company process
• Responsible for timely and accurate submission of cost estimates, project plans, Capital Approval Request forms etc, as required by KHC processes and routines.
• To lead the team from all x-functions from scratch to completion of the project. The job responsibility includes also communicating with different stakeholders like suppliers, consultancy companies
• Defining the project scope and resources in agreement with multifunctional team on factory level
• Participation in contractor choosing process
• Supervising during implementation (contractors management) and commissioning
• Overall responsibility for delivering projects ‘on time in full’ (OTIF)
• Accountable of the benefits of the project like cost reduction
• Supporting the CMA, P&L buy new project
• Supporting all plant KPIs with projects
