Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Assistant Collaborative Manufacturing Manager to oversee the Co-pack/Re-pack facility near the Konya plant and coordinate with service providers. The role demands strong English skills, 2–3 years of related experience, and leadership in a factory setting.

You will drive capacity planning, waste reduction, and KPI tracking while ensuring compliance with Unilever standards and safety rules. Local living in Konya is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operational management of Co-pack/Re-pack facility near the factory.
• Interface between service provider and Unilever.
• Flexible management of capacity with planners based on demand.
• Lead cost-saving activities and reports to line manager.
• Ensure all operations comply with Unilever standards.
• Review and approve service invoices and provide reports to line manager.
• Provide performance updates.
• Participate in monthly and yearly inventory counts.
• Take and implement precautions to prevent waste (material, time, etc).
• Ensure occupational health and safety measures are followed.
• Track and report KPIs of operations.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Operational management of Co-pack Re-pack facility nearby the factory
• Interface between service provider company and Unilever
• Flexible management of capacity with planners by considering demand
• Conduct & lead saving activities
• Ensuring all operations are conducted in compliance with Unilever standards
• Controls and approves all service invoice drafts and gives report to line manager
• Gives performance updates
• Participating to monthly and yearly inventory counts.
• Taking and implementing necessary precautions in order to prevent all kinds of waste in the area (material, time etc)
• Taking necessary occupational health and safety measures and ensuring that the rules on this issue are followed
• Tracking and reporting KPI’s of operations.
