Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in strategic planning, budget management, and marketing metrics.
• 1–3 years in marketing coordination, trade marketing, and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing transformation initiatives across Asia, optimizing processes and workflows.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and remove roadblocks.
• Develop roadmaps, milestones, and documentation to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Define metrics to measure success of change initiatives and report progress.
