Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Procurement Manager to own the regional procurement strategy and act as the go-to partner for stakeholders. You will lead sourcing, supplier partnerships, and risk management to keep the business fueled for growth.

You will optimize the supply chain, analyze costs, forecast demand with data-driven insights, and drive savings in a fast-paced, high‑performance environment. A strong background in FMCG and packaging is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, operations or related field.
5+ years in packaging, ingredient and copacking procurement.
3-5 years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
SAP experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams).

Responsibilities

Own regional procurement game plan and partner with key stakeholders across the business.
Manage direct spend categories end-to-end and secure supply through supplier partnerships.
Optimize the supply chain, evaluate costs and forecast demand with category insights.
Drive value creation and risk management to maintain performance in a fast‑moving environment.
