Job summary

İGA Istanbul Airport iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında deneyimli bir Occupational Health & Safety Executive arıyor. Rol, OHS süreçlerinin planlanması, iyileştirilmesi ve mevzuata uyumunun sağlanmasıyla sorumludur.

Başvuru için 10+ yıl OHS deneyimi, 4+ yıl ekip yönetimi ve ISO 45001/NEBOSH tercihi öne çıkacaktır. Kariyer gelişimi ve uluslararası deneyim imkânları sunulur.

Qualifications

• OHS süreçlerinin ulusal ve uluslararası mevzuata uygun uygulanması zorunludur.
• ISO 45001 ve NEBOSH sertifikaları tercihen.
• En az 10 yıl OHS deneyimi gereklidir.
• En az 4 yıl ekip yönetimi tecrübesi.
• İleri İngilizce yetkinliği.
• Sürücü belgesi ve aktif sürüş tecrübesi.

Responsibilities

• OHS süreçlerinin planlanması ve iyileştirilmesi.
• Eğitim, denetim, risk değerlendirmeleri yürütmek.
• İş kazası kök neden analizi yapmak.
• ISO 45001 uyum ve KPI takibi.
• Denetim hazırlıkları için koordinasyon sağlamak.
• İSG kültürünü güçlendirmek için iletişim çalışmaları yapmak.
• Performans göstergelerini izlemek ve sürekli iyileştirme sağlamak.

Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role

• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) processes in compliance with national and international legislation, as well as company standards,
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure the effective execution of OHS activities, including training, audits, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, non-conformity management, occupational accident root cause analyses, KPI monitoring, and ISO 45001 requirements,
• Ensure the preparation, analysis, and follow-up of OHS reports and related action plans,
• Monitor international best practices, conduct benchmarking activities, and ensure the integration of improvement opportunities into OHS processes,
• Plan and coordinate preparations for national and international audits, ensuring the effective execution of audit activities,
• Conduct site inspections and safety observations, monitor the effectiveness of OHS practices, and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions,
• Lead the planning and implementation of training, communication, and awareness initiatives to strengthen the Occupational Health and Safety culture across the organization,
• Monitor OHS performance indicators, evaluate process effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives,

• Bachelor's degree from a related field,
• 10+ years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety,
• 4+ years of team management experience,
• A Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate,
• Preferably certified in NEBOSH and ISO 45001,
• Advanced level of competency in English,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset,
• Ability to work in a dynamic working environment,
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience,
