Qualifications

Responsibilities

Establish strategic direction and lead execution of the strategy for the Disease Area.
Develop strategies to manage lifecycle, finance, and resource planning for products.
Promote innovation and mobilize Roche network for value-added solutions.
Maximize opportunities and foster collaboration with other disease areas and affiliates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate disease area needs into clear execution.
Provide cross-functional leadership to achieve ambitious outcomes.
