Job summary

Roche seeks a Patient Journey Partner to act as the local face of Roche, collaborating with stakeholders across the patient journey to co-create value and improve patient access to care.

You will lead scientific discussions, promote products responsibly, and build partnerships to optimize end-to-end care. Fluency in Turkish (English preferred) is highly valued, and a university degree is required.

Qualifications

• Oncology knowledge is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical affairs, access strategies, and tactics.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to connect Roche capabilities to patients’ journey.
• Engage in in-depth scientific discussions, product promotion, and partnerships.
• Educate stakeholders with targeted information to support decision making.
• Deliver care support along the patient journey using ecosystem insights.
