Job summary

ABB is seeking a Project Engineer to support MV primary AIS switchgear engineering projects, providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals. The role involves making design recommendations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, and adhering to quality and safety guidelines.

You will design electrical systems using E-Plan and AutoCAD, program protection relays, and prepare design output documentation while coordinating multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in switchgear design (MV/LV).
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• E-Plan experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Following up the project from beginning to delivery.
• Making electrical design using E-Plan and AutoCAD.
• Making protection relay programming.
• Preparing the documentation for design output.
• Following non-conformance reports and preventive actions.
• Writing technical and material standards.
• Working on standardization projects.
