Job summary

Eaton Turkey is seeking a Senior MV Pre-order Leader to drive the bid cycle for medium voltage solutions across the region, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to deliver competitive quotations.

You will lead the Pre-order team, shape bid strategy, manage risk, ensure technical and commercial compliance, and mentor staff while pursuing profitable growth. English fluency and an electrical engineering background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in quotation, tendering, bid management, or commercial roles within electrical power distribution.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MV Pre-order team with accurate, competitive quotations.
• Drive qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, pricing, and deal approvals.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and execution risks.
• Monitor margins, win rates, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Coach team members and support succession planning.

You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to develop winning customer solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the MV Pre-order team, ensuring accurate, competitive, and timely quotations.Drive opportunity qualification, Bid/No-Bid decisions, bid strategy, pricing, and deal approvals.Ensure quotations are technically compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, contractual, and execution risks throughout the quotation process.Monitor quotation performance, margins, win rates, and delivery timelines.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused solutions and support successful project execution through effective handover of key assumptions, commitments, and risks.Coach and develop team members, building technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities while supporting succession planning.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 7+ years of experience in quotation, tendering, bid management, or commercial roles within the electrical power distribution industry Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage switchgear, applications, and power distribution systemsExpertise in bid strategy, pricing, risk assessment, and commercial decision-makingFluent written and spoken EnglishSkills:Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsPeople management experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
