Job summary

You will conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and execute repairs to keep facilities operating safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards for the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while following defined procedures.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under close supervision and guidance.
