Job summary

Ficosa International, SA in Bursa, Turkey, is seeking a Maintenance/Mould Technician to support injection moulds reliability. You will carry out repairs, adjustments and postproduction checks following the maintenance plan.

You should have at least 2 years in a similar role, a professional training or university degree, and basic English. Practical training in mechanics, basic electricity, lathe, milling and soldering is expected, with a focus on safety and quality.

Collaborate in the optimization of the production efficiency by carrying out the tasks of correction, modification, reparation or adjustment of the injection moulds.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• Check, clean and repair the moulds in postproduction according maintenance plan.
• Collaborate in the definition of breakdown solving actions.
• Cooperate in the improvement process in collaboration with the Supervisors.
• Report to the Moulding Manager about the activity, as well as about new deficiencies detected in the moulds, dies, tooling, etc.
• Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
• Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
