About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Designer to create emotionally engaging, high-performing video ads that strengthen our marketing message, capture attention, and drive business results. In this role, you’ll directly influence key performance metrics such as retention, CTR, CPA, and overall creative effectiveness. You’ll get the freedom to experiment with bold, trend-led concepts and work with cutting-edge AI tools, including Claude integrations, creative agents, and more.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll lead the creation of high-performing motion content that drives measurable growth across major paid channels. You’ll test, iterate, and push Promova’s creative capabilities forward — from production to AI-powered innovation.
• Produce video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other acquisition channels.
• Partner with the performance team on creative testing — translate performance data into design iterations that improve CTR, CPA, and conversion.
• Develop new creative concepts and scale what works into winning, testable hypotheses.
• Partner with creative marketing specialists to identify what resonates with our audience and why.
• Stay on top of creative trends across paid social and spot what’s worth testing for our audience.
• Research and integrate AI tools to improve team workflows (AI animation, video generation, automation).
