MoovBuddy is seeking a Marketing Artist to bring mobile app campaigns to life with strong motion design. You will craft high-impact ads for global user acquisition and engagement, blending storytelling with rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating video ads and motion content for paid social platforms.
• Marketing mindset focused on scroll-stopping creatives and hypothesis-driven testing.
• Strong storytelling to hook, engage, and convert within seconds.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Familiarity with mobile performance marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPI).

Responsibilities

• Create and animate high-impact video ads and static visuals for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Use AI tools to speed up creative production, ideation, and iteration.
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm, test, and iterate high-performing creatives based on data.
• Analyze creative performance metrics and provide optimization insights.
• Adapt assets into multiple formats for localization, resizing, and A/B testing.
• Support 2D assets creation for UA and branding.

Work Setup: This role is fully remote for candidates outside İstanbul. For those based in İstanbul, we follow a hybrid model; 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

We are looking for a Marketing Artist with a strong foundation in motion design to bring our mobile app campaigns to life. This role will be key in creating compelling ad creatives that drive global user acquisition and engagement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Create and animate high-impact video ads and static visuals for Meta, TikTok, YouTube,
• Use AI toolsto speed up creative production, ideation, and iteration processes,
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, test, and iterate high-performing creatives based on performance data,
• Analyze creative marketing performance metrics and contribute insights for optimization,
• Adapt existing assets into multiple formats for localization, resizes, A/B testing, and platform specifications,
• Support the creation of 2D assets (illustrations, UI elements, iconography) for use in UA and branding,
• Staying curious and up to date with creative trends in mobile marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience creating video ads and motion content for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.),
• A marketing mindset: you think about who's watching, what stops their scroll, and what makes them tap; you treat every creative as a test with a hypothesis behind it,
• Strong storytelling instinct, ability to craft narratives that hook, engage, and convert within seconds,
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the everyday creative workflow — from generating concepts to speeding up production,
• Familiarity with mobile performance marketing KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPI, Hook effectiveness,
• Have a well-developed visual sense, especially in color, motion, lighting, editing, and rendering,
• A genuine creative curiosity: always experimenting, testing new ideas, and pushing concepts further,
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of performance-driven design.
