Job summary

New Mind AI in Turkey is seeking a talented Motion & Graphic Designer to craft motion graphics and static visuals for social media, web, video and campaigns. You will partner with creative and production teams to storyboard, animate, and mock-up concepts, delivering high‑quality work that aligns with brand identity.

Qualifications

• University degree in Graphic Design or related field; strong portfolio required.
• 1–3 years professional experience in Motion Graphics and Graphic Design.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of 3D design programs such as Cinema 4D or Blender preferred.
• Solid command of current design trends, typography, color theory and composition.
• Strong creative direction, storytelling abilities, and adherence to brand identity.
• Male candidates must have completed or be exempt from military service.

Responsibilities

• Producing motion design and static visual content for social media, web, advertising and video platforms.
• Designing posters, banners, mailings, catalogs and other materials per corporate identity.
• Collaborating with teams to prepare storyboards, animatics and mock-ups.
• Delivering original designs for both digital and printed media to strengthen brand image.
• Managing tasks to ensure timely delivery per schedule and quality standards.
• Staying current with design and technology trends to bring fresh approaches.
