Job summary

GE HealthCare in Turkey seeks a senior sales leader to grow revenue for Anesthesia & Respiratory Care (ARC), Maternal Infant Care (MIC), and accessories, driving a coherent commercial strategy to meet the operating plan.

You will lead go-to-market efforts with modality leaders, forecast pipeline, manage pricing/positioning, and nurture key customer relationships across public, private, and regional segments, partnering with Marketing and Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare sales/marketing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GEHC products and services.
• Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills.
• Advanced negotiation and problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Financially accountable to set and achieve quarterly and yearly targets for ARC, MIC and Accessories.
• Execute go-to-market strategy with modality leaders to cover targeted Turkey potential.
• Coordinate at LCT level for aligned forecast and business execution.
• Define local modality portfolio strategy, including pricing and positioning.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for private, public and regional segments.
• Forecast pipeline and sales aligning with yearly business planning.
• Stay updated on clinical and operational challenges; build clinical/technical knowledge.
• Analyze market dynamics and competition to uncover opportunities.
• Provide feedback to Management, Marketing and ComOps.
• Ensure up-to-date product positioning and maintain key customer relationships.
• Drive tender responses and validations with relevant account teams.
• Facilitate collaboration within Zone/Product matrix organization.
